Custody Banking

Hedef Yatırım Bankası has been authorized to provide portfolio custody services within the framework of the provisions of the Communiqué on the Principles Regarding Portfolio Custody Services and Institutions to Provide This Service (III-56.1) by the Capital Markets Board's decision dated 09.01.2025 and numbered 2/38. Within the scope of this authority, we serve as a custodian institution for both collective and individual portfolios, while also providing fund operation services to our customers. With our experienced staff, we aim to provide quality solutions to all needs of portfolio management companies from a single point.
 

Collective Custody

Within the scope of our bank's portfolio custody service, we ensure that the financial assets of investment funds managed by portfolio management companies are kept, their records are kept, the ownership of other assets are verified and monitored, and transactions related to asset and cash movements are carried out.
 

Fund Operation

As a bank, we also provide fund operation services to portfolio management company to whom we provide custody services, which is a legal obligation. In particular, within the scope of our goal of being a custodian institution for independent portfolio management companies that are not affiliated with any bank, we take the fund operation burden of portfolio management company and offer them the opportunity to focus on their core business, portfolio management.
 

Individual Custody

We also provide custody services to portfolio management company that transact with their own customers for the assets in the individual portfolios they manage. In addition to conventional custody services, our Bank’s API-based core banking system allows portfolio management company that aim to acquire customers via the application (remotely) to integrate by opening their services and reduce customer and account opening times from a few days to a few minutes.
