After starting his career in the capital markets in 1994 at Global Yatırım, he worked as a Dealer at Demir Yatırım between 1996 and 1998, Director in the Sales and Marketing Department at Sümer Yatırım between 1998 and 1999, Sales and Marketing Manager at Meksa Yatırım between 1999 and 2002, Assistant General Manager at MNG Yatırım between 2002 and 2004 and Assistant General Manager at Turkish Yatırım between 2004 and 2012. Between 2012 and 2019, Kırımlı served as General Manager, Board Member and Board Consultant at A1 Yatırım Menkul Değerler, which he founded, and as of April 2019, he continues to serve as a Board Member at İnfo Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş..
