There is a senior appointment at Hedef Investment Bank, a subsidiary of Hedef Holding. Aziz Ferit Eraslan, with 26 years of experience, has been appointed as the General Manager of Hedef Yatırım Bankası, which was established with 100% domestic capital.

With the decision of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Board dated 03.08.2023 and numbered 10641 published in the Legal Gazette dated 05.08.2023 and numbered 32270, as a result of the evaluation made within the scope of Article 10 of the Banking Law No. 5411 and Article 7 of the Regulation on Banks' Transactions Subject to Permission and Indirect Shareholding, it was decided to grant an operating license to Hedef Yatırım Bankası A.Ş., which was granted an establishment permit with the Board's Decision No. 10189 dated 28.04.2022.

With our previous announcement, our Bank had received the establishment permit with the decision of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency dated 28.04.2022 and numbered 10189 as a result of the examination and evaluation made within the scope of Articles 7 and 8 of the Banking Law No. 5411 (Law). This time, on 28.12.2022, within the scope of Article 7 of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency's "Regulation on Banks' Transactions Subject to Permission and Indirect Share Ownership", our Bank applied for an operating license by paying its capital in cash, free from any kind of collusion and completing all preparations. Developments regarding the process will be shared with the public in the coming period. It is respectfully announced to the public.
