Hedef Investment Bank Application for Operating License

With our previous announcement, our Bank had received the establishment permit with the decision of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency dated 28.04.2022 and numbered 10189 as a result of the examination and evaluation made within the scope of Articles 7 and 8 of the Banking Law No. 5411 (Law). This time, on 28.12.2022, within the scope of Article 7 of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency's "Regulation on Banks' Transactions Subject to Permission and Indirect Share Ownership", our Bank applied for an operating license by paying its capital in cash, free from any kind of collusion and completing all preparations. Developments regarding the process will be shared with the public in the coming period. It is respectfully announced to the public.
